Traditional Dry Mead

MEADJITO COCKTAIL RECIPE

-5oz Traditional Dry Mead
-1 tea spoon of Rocky Mountain Wildflower Honey
-5 to 10 fresh mint leaves
-a splash of lime juice
-3oz club soda
-Add the honey and mint leaves to the mead, muddle the mint leaves in the glass as you are stirring to dissolve the honey. Add lime juice, ice, and club soda after the honey is dissolved.
-Enjoy!

Crabby Pommier Cyser

Hot Spiced Crabby

Ingredients:
1 bottle of Crabby Pommier Cyser
¼ TSP of Cinnamon
¼ TSP of Allspice
3 Whole Cloves
 
Add spices to 1 bottle of Crabby in a pot.
Heat on medium low for 5 to 10 min until 70C (do not boil!)
Filter through a coffee filter.
Sweeten to taste with aprox 3 TSP of Honey

MINT JUNIP COCKTAIL RECIPE

-2 oz Rocky Mountain Juniper Mead
-A couple splashes of Club Soda or Spring Water
-Crushed Ice
-4 Mint Leaves muddled 
-Optional: Wedge of Lime

Kootenay Mule

-2 oz Bohemian Spirits Vagabond Vodka
-1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
-Ice
-1 bottle of Ginger Mead
mix it up and add to a couple of copper mugs!
