This exceptional Mead boasts a 12% ABV and maintains a low residual sugar content, similar to our standard offering. However, the Crabby Pommier Cyser stands out due to a special ingredient - apple juice. This isn't just any apple juice, but juice freshly squeezed from apples grown right here on our ranch. These apple trees, planted nearly 90 years ago by the great grandpa Emile Pommier, have been nurtured by the same pristine Diorite valley water that we use in our Mead. The blend of different apple varieties lends a unique, one-of-a-kind flavor to this beverage, making it a true testament to the rich heritage and natural bounty of our ranch.
HOT SPICED CRABBY RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 bottle of Crabby Pommier Cyser
¼ TSP of Cinnamon
¼ TSP of Allspice
3 Whole Cloves
Add spices to 1 bottle of Crabby in a pot.
Heat on medium low for 5 to 10 min until 70C (do not boil!)
Filter through a coffee filter.
Sweeten to taste with aprox 3 TSP of Honey.
